A rear gate is available at the property to allow easy access for very large trucks. For your convenience, all of our property is paved and all units have lights. No working or outside storage is allowed for a cleaner, safer unit.
Our heated units are forced air electric furnaces that keep air moving 24 hours a day, all year long. The temperature is maintained above 50° evenly throughout each unit. A thermometer is located in all units so you can verify the temperature. Some storage facilities advertise heat but how adequate is their system? A poor system might be harder on your items then no heat.
There is a $10 refundable deposit, rents are prorated when you move in, which is due at the 1st of the month and prorated when you move out (with a 15 day notice).
